Privacy Policy

ALA Group undertakes to protect the privacy of customers. Only necessary data on customers/users are collected for business and user information in accordance with good business norms and for the purpose of normal service provision. Customer data can be retrieved from all our systems upon request. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work. All employees of ALA Group (and business partners) are responsible for respecting the principles of privacy protection. You can read the detailed privacy policy here.

Terms of Use

By using this website, you confirm that you have read, understood and accepted these terms of use (hereinafter referred to as “terms”) and agree that you are obliged to comply with them, as well as all other applicable laws and regulations. If you do not accept these terms, do not use this website.

ALA Group  may amend these Terms at any time by amending this text. You should visit this page from time to time to check the updated Terms, as you are legally bound by them. Certain provisions of these Terms may be overridden by explicit legal acts or notices displayed on other pages of this site.

Customer Privacy Protection

On behalf of ALA Group we are committed to protecting the privacy of all our customers. We collect only necessary, basic data about customers/users and data necessary for business operations and informing users in accordance with good business practices and with the aim of providing quality service. All user/customer data is strictly stored and is available only to employees who need this data to perform their work.

Protection of confidential transaction and card data

In this specific case ALA Group is itself a certified payment provider. The name of the certified (PCI DSS Compliant) system is HolestPayThis point of sale is not a functional part of the HolestPay system (although HolestPay is a system operated and owned by HOLEST E-COMMERCE D.O.O.), this point of sale is connected to HolestPay exclusively in the context of a normal point of sale with HolestPay payment methods.

When entering payment card data, the HolestPay system transmits confidential information from a security-isolated frame through a public network using the SSL protocol with AES265 encryption and exchange of cryptographic keys according to the Diffie-Hellman principle. HolestPay further transfers the card data to the bank’s system in a protected (encrypted) form using the SSL protocol and PKI system, as currently the most modern cryptographic technology. Data security during purchase is guaranteed by HOLEST E-COMMERCE D.O.O., payment card processor and Banca Intesa ad Beograd, so the entire payment process is performed outside of this site. Payment card data is not available on this site at any moment, and all channels through which data is transmitted or possibly part of card data is stored (if it is a subscription) are PCI DSS certified.

Merchant Card Charge Authorization and Subscriptions

The customer can (e.g. if he knows that he will buy products from ALA Group in the future) choose to approve the creation of a reference to the payment token (Card-On-File – COF) for this point of sale. This is recommended from a security point of view because it avoids the transmission of card data in future purchases, and the moment of transmission is the most critical in terms of security. During card data transmission, unwanted browser add-ons, malware and viruses on your computer or device may try to access them. When data reaches systems that are PCI DSS certified, their compromise or anonymous action on them become de-facto impossible.

A customer must have a user account to shop at this point of sale.

When purchasing a subscription, creating a reference to the payment token is mandatory.

When a user buys a subscription on this site or chooses to save the card for faster future purchases, the HolestPay system issues an payment token reference for the point of sale through which the point of sale system can later charge the card.

ALA Group undertakes to charge the card only in accordance with the scope and indicated price of the purchased product or contract (if any).

The option for the customer to destroy references to payment tokens and payment tokens is available on the site for users when they log in (accounts on this site are mandatory). Alternatively, the customer can always request the destruction of the payment token reference and payment token by contacting our support .

This point of sale has no access to the card data in readable or encrypted form. The point of sale and the customer only have access to card number masks NNNN NN** **** NNNN  or (for amex )NNNN NN** **** NNN  , and masked card numbers are not considered risky data. The token reference and the token are random data that is not expressly obtained by transforming, slicing or encrypting the card data and no part or all of the card data can be reconstructed by transforming or decrypting the same.

None of the participants in the data transmission (HolestPay, Banca Intesa ad Beograd, processor of payment cards) keeps and must never keep the service code of the card (3 numbers on the back of the card). Only the issuer of the payment card may have access to this data under special conditions (except the card owner).

For each payment, the customer will receive payment information (and a fiscal invoice or e-invoice) via the e-mail address he specified during the checkout. If for some reason the customer loses access to the specified e-mail address, he is obliged to inform ALA Group. to change the data.
